Contributed to the development of the English Language Arts (ELAL) and Mathematics portions of the SAT Suite of Assessments. I reviewed scientific journals and sources of popular science writing to ensure submitted test items were scientifically accurate. I read journals and popular science writing topics suitable for passage and item development in the Reading and Mathematics tests. I also authored and edited science passages for use on the Writing & Language portion of the assessments.

I collaborated with other program specialists to develop and deliver an interdisciplinary curriculum to low-income, potential first-generation college students. I also assisted program participants and their families as they navigated the college admission process.

I supervised and trained team leaders and professional scorers. I also coordinated the construction of range-finding materials and final training sets, monitored scorer reliability and project progress to ensure accuracy and the timely completion of projects. Projects included NAEP Science and Geography, TIMSS/TIMSS-R, and various state and district assessments.
